Good morning Travis,
I just have sing praises once again for all Carl Riker does. One of our teachers went to Walgreens last week to get a prescription filled that should have cost him $5.00 and the pharmacist told him he would have to pay the full amount because he had not met his deductible. He went round and round with them and BCBS. His wife spent an hour and a half on the phone with BCBS. They were aware of the problem and told them it would be a few days before it got fixed. BCBS told them to pay the full amount and they would reimburse him when the problem got fixed. This had been going on for several days. I called Carl last Thursday and talked to him. He was aware of the problem and talked to Steven. By the time Steven left school and stopped by Walgreens, Carl had taken care of everything and he was able to pick up his prescription and pay the $5.00. Carl is the man! He knows his stuff and how to fix it when something is wrong. I’m so glad we have him to talk to when we have questions/problems with our benefits. Please keep him around!
